Submission Process

From submission to a first decision, we aim to respond within 6-8 weeks. You'll receive an email update at every stage below - and you are never asked to pay anything until your manuscript is accepted.

    Register or log in to our online submission system.

    Select Article Type

    Choose the appropriate article type for your manuscript.

    Upload Files

    Submit your manuscript, figures, tables, and supplementary materials.

  4. 4
    Enter Metadata

    Provide title, abstract, keywords, and author information.

  5. 5
    Submit & Confirm

    Review your submission and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email.

  6. 6
    Editorial Screening

    An editor checks your manuscript for scope, originality, and quality. You'll be emailed the outcome either way.

  7. 7
    Peer Review

    1-3 independent expert reviewers evaluate your manuscript. You'll get an email when review begins.

  8. 8
    Revision (If Requested)

    Respond to reviewer comments point-by-point and resubmit. This can repeat until reviewers and editors are satisfied.

    Final Decision

    The editorial team accepts or declines your manuscript and emails you the outcome. See the full Editorial and Peer-Review Process for details.

    Payment (Only If Accepted)

    Submitting is always free. If your manuscript is accepted you can pay the $40 APC for it - or become a $50/year member (covers up to 2 manuscripts a year), which you can join anytime, even before submitting. See Article Processing Charge below.

    Your article goes live on MAJN, fully open access to readers everywhere.
